A message from our CEO.
At Relationships Australia – Northern Territory (RA-NT), our work is grounded in people, relationships and community.
Across the Northern Territory, our staff work alongside individuals, couples, families, children, workplaces and communities, providing support through many different stages and challenges in life. We are proud to be an inclusive organisation where people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and experiences are welcomed and respected.
Working with RA-NT also means working in one of the most culturally rich and diverse parts of Australia. The Northern Territory offers experiences and opportunities which are genuinely unique. Our staff work across urban, regional and remote communities, learning from the people, cultures and places that make the Territory what it is.
Cultural learning is an important part of that experience. We are committed to continuing to grow our cultural fitness and strengthening the way we work alongside First Nations staff, clients and communities. We recognise this requires ongoing learning, listening and building strong, respectful relationships. At the heart of our strategic direction is a commitment to grow our own. We want our people to build meaningful and rewarding careers with RA-NT. There are opportunities to develop skills, broaden experiences and grow within our organisation. Workplace wellbeing is another genuine priority at RA-NT and we are committed to creating an environment where our people feel supported, valued and connected. We encourage professional development, new ideas and ongoing learning, while recognising the importance of wellbeing and balance so our staff can continue making a positive difference in the communities we serve. If you are looking for meaningful work, opportunities to grow and the chance to experience the richness of life and community in the Northern Territory, I invite you to explore a career with Relationships Australia – Northern Territory.
